About Me

The hands, the space, and the story behind H&N Massage Therapy.

Hi, I'm Henri

The face behind H&N

I set up H&N Massage Therapy to give people in Rugby somewhere calm, private and genuinely tailored to look after their body — not a rushed treatment on a busy high street, but a proper space to relax, recover and restore.

Every session is shaped around you: whether that's a gentle relaxing massage, deep tissue work for chronic tension, or advanced techniques like cupping and TENS therapy for deeper recovery. I trained and qualified to bring professional, caring treatment into a private home studio setting.

Come and unwind — I'll take care of the rest.
